The Middle Fork Bistro is a seasonal food truck and beverage garden located in Uptown Oakridge, Oregon. We serve mostly organic food sourced as locally as possible. Expect vegetarian and vegan options as well as quality meats from Childers Meat Company and baked goods made with organic, local ingredients from Hummingbird Wholesale.
Food and Snacks
This summer we’re keeping it super simple with tacos featuring a variety of meat, veggie or vegan options, fresh salads with grilled meat and snacks like charcuterie and chips with house made pico de gallo or green salsa.
Beverages
Draft beer & cider from Oregon breweries, fresh squeezed cocktails and a variety non-alcoholic beverages.
The Middle Fork Bistro Scene
Get on the mountain bike trails with our neighbors, Cog Wild Bicycle Tours then linger in our beverage garden after a day of outdoor play. There’s shady spots to hang out before or after your shuttle, tour or skills session. Bike parking and bike wash available.
Commercial kitchen & food truck space available
The food truck and beverage garden operates seasonally from May -October and primarily on the busy tourism days of the week, Thursday – Sunday. This leaves our well layed out and organized commercial kitchen space available to rent for food prep, baking, canning, cookie making, etc.
Additionally, the property has space for another food truck or tourism based business!
